Responsible for studying and working out the policies, strategies, working plans and executing programs against the investment promotion in the areas of Southeast Asia countries.

Responsible for discussing, following up, preliminary approval, final approval and related promoting works against the areas of Southeast Asia countries, promoting the existing enterprises expanding their production sizes, approving the changes and alternations related to the contract and constitutions of the existing enterprises.

Responsible for collecting and following up the investment policies and project information in the areas of Southeast Asia countries.

Responsible for the qualification examinations, contacting, administrating and services against the entrusted organizations and counselors in the areas of Southeast Asia countries for the investment promotion, contacting the representative offices of the firms from those areas and Chinese Commercial Attaches to those areas, including providing the relevant advices.

Responsible for approving the establishment of the representative offices by the firms from the areas of Southeast Asia countries and submitting to the higher authority, approving the units in YEDA establishing their representative offices or enterprises in those areas and submitting to the higher authority.

Organizing and assisting the related project initiators in their project examining, evaluating and hatching.
