Approval of the Branches of the Foreign Invested Enterprises

Documents to Be Submitted

Application to the Administrative Committee of the enterprises; resolution signed by all the members of the board of directors; financial report; original copy of the Approval Certificate and duplicate copy of the Business License.

Working Procedure

Handled by the relevant divisions under YEDAIPA Formal approval of the branches.
