Remarks

  • All documents shall be original copy except for otherwise stated.
  • 8 sets of documents prepared by the newly established enterprises shall be submitted, 5 sets of documents prepared by the existing enterprises for alternation or changes shall be submitted and 3 sets for newly established or existing domestic enterprises shall be submitted. The above-mentioned documents shall include one original set.
